Szubienica. Chełmsko Śląskie, gmina Lubawka
Obiekt zachowany w postaci reliktu wkopu fundamentowego wypełnionego pyłem ceglanym i fragmentami cegieł. W planie o formie kolistej o średnicy około 7 m. Szerokość wkopu wynosiła około 0,75 m, a miąższość do 15 cm. Wewnątrz studni szubienicznej zarejestrowano w trzech punktach niewielkie poszerzenia wkopu fundamentowego, rozlokowane w równych odległościach. Są to miejsca w których fundament został wzmocniony, w celu zapewniania stabilności filarom szubienicznym. Na tej podstawie można stwierdzić, iż belki egzekucyjne na szubienicy w Chełmsku Śląskim założono na planie trójkąta, a każda z nich miała prawdopodobnie długość około 5,3 m. Zły stan zachowania reliktu fundamentu dawnej szubienicy jest efektem bardzo dokładnej rozbiórki oraz silnego przekształcenia terenu, w wyniku prowadzonej na tym terenie intensywnej uprawy roli. Obecnie obszar jest użytkowany jako łąka.
Gallows. Chełmsko Śląskie, District: Lubawka
The object has been preserved in the form of a relic of a foundation pit filled with brick dust and brick fragments. The plan was circular in shape with a diameter of approximately 7 m. The width of the trench was approximately 0.75 m and its thickness was up to 15 cm. Inside the gallows well, small expansions of the foundation pit were recorded at three points, placed at equal distances. These are places where the foundation has been strengthened to provide stability to the gallows pillars. On this basis, it can be concluded that the execution beams on the gallows in Chełmsko Śląski were placed on a triangular plan, and each of them was probably about 5.3 m long. The poor state of preservation of the relic of the foundation of the former gallows is the result of very thorough demolition and significant transformation of the area, as a result of intensive farming in this area. Currently, the area is used as a grassland.
